(May 23, 2011) As part of TxDOT’s widening project, Custer Road will be closed between Eldorado Parkway and Virginia Parkway between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24 and Wednesday, May 25 (weather permitting).
During the closure, flagmen will be at each end of the closure to allow local access to businesses along the closed segment of roadway. Through traffic should use an alternate route such as Independence Parkway to the west or Stonebridge Drive to the east.
Motorists are urged to use caution in the construction zone and to choose an alternative route in advance.
