FRISCO, TX – Frisco Police Department Detectives arrested Jacky Scott Garrett (W/M DOB 03/27/1971), on December 22, 2011 for Capital Murder. The arrest was made in connection with the death of his 22 month old son, who was pronounced dead on 10/11/2011.
The investigation led detectives to Garrett after autopsy results revealed that the child died from blunt force trauma to his stomach on the day he died.
