The Parks and Recreation Board is responsible for the development and implementation of the planning vision for the Parks and Recreation system in Frisco. The Parks and Recreation Board works with department staff and the City Council to creatively explore methods and strategies to provide the best parks and recreation system available to the residents of Frisco.
